A unique Star Code will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Your Star code value will be equal to the number of qualifying products in this order. Star Codes expire six months after your order is shipped.

What are my shipping options and when will my order ship?
Our delivery rates table below outlines our estimated delivery times and costs for the locations. However, delivery times may vary significantly from indicated times. Some locations may require higher shipping charges, and some services such as overnight delivery may not be available in all locations.

Starbucks Store offers two levels of delivery service to most destinations:

If you need overnight shipping to these locations, please call our Customer Service Team toll-free at 0800 91 6258 as soon as possible so that we may determine if we can do a special overnight shipment for you. Costs for such special services may fall outside of and may be higher than the pricing grid outlined below.

How are my shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are typically flat rate based on the value of your order and the shipping option you select. For certain products, shipping charges may be calculated based on the destination and weight and/or dimensions of your order. Please refer to the rate chart below for detailed shipping rates.

Rates are as follows and are subject to change without notice:

STANDARD: €6.95 (free shipping for your order when the subtotal is €50 or more)
EXPRESS: €14.95

To ensure that your packages are delivered in the most efficient manner, we use several carriers to deliver our products. We take into account the weight of the packages and their destination when selecting the best carrier to use. Occasionally, we may upgrade your shipment method at no additional cost to you.
